In our 120,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility, American Block is fully equipped to machine, weld, fabricate, assemble, and test every piece of equipment to industry and our customers’ specifications. Our manufacturing and machine shop houses some of the world’s best machines and machinists. The machine fleet includes more than five lathes (capable of machining 105″ OD max), three horizontal boring machines (ideal for boring long length), and three CNC machines (capable of mass producing items).
We defined quality 40 years ago, and we continue to strive for the highest quality standard by upholding our uncompromising and necessary quality control processes written and vetted by our internal team. As an ISO 9001 certified company, we strictly adhere to the requirements and guidelines outlined in our ISO Quality Manual.
Every design that comes from our team at American Block undergoes extensive in-house critiques and are thoroughly investigated using the latest FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software to ensure that the products you invest in meet or exceed the technical requirements set forth by that particular specification.
