Established and based in Houston, Texas USA, we have been manufacturing equipment in our state of the art facility. We have over 75,000 sq. ft. where we are able to machine, weld, fabricate, assemble, and test to our customer requirements.
Our machine shop includes some on the world's best machines and machinists. The machine fleet includes more than five lathes (capable of machining 105" OD max), three horizontal boring machines( ideal for boring long length), and three CNC machines (capable of mass producing items).
The quality standard of American Block is of the highest grade and we continue to improve on this through strict quality control. We are ISO 9001 certified, and strictly adhere to the requirements and guidelines set forth in our manual.
In addition to this we hold 7 API licenses, we can provide ABS, DNV or Lloyd's approval when our customers require. All of our design undergo an extensive critique and are scrutinized using the latest FEA (finite element analysis) software to ensure that the product you buy meet or exceed the technical requirements set forth by that particular specification.
